Good morning all

I have a little problem, can you help me?

In my living room I use a VU + 4K Ultimo under openpli8.

From my room with my VU + 4K duo, I use the tuner (reply tuner) of my Ultimo (Tntsat Astra).

But especially on dark images I have small cuts in the sound.

Do you have an idea ?

I suspect you use RSC from the Vu+ Duo 4K and watch some specific channels from the Ultimo 4K. Is this right?

I can’t decrypt TNTsat channels so I can’t test this overhere, but when watching all channels from my Ultimo 4K I don’t experience any hickups. Not in the picture nor in the sound. At the moment I’m about to watch F1 in my garden via the Fallback tuner on a Zgemma I55Plus which works ok. Even UHD channels work ok. Once in a while a very short hickup on a certain UHD channel.

FYI. The Zgemma connects via WIFI to a Devolo WIFI kit.

Is you VU+ Duo4K directly connected to your TV or do you use an amplifier or a soundbar in between?

If you use an intermediate device between the Duo4K and the TV perhaps give a try with a direct connection.
