Hello
My Gigablue UHD Quad 4K has a blue line on the Display, what could it be?
Breakdown?

A red line at the top too.
Assuming you also see it when it displays something, I'd say the LCD matrix is damaged.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I have no idea. Ask the company who supplied the box?

Is the box still working fine except this?
may be first flash an image without restoring anything and check the LCD. If you have the same problem then it is an hardware issue if not then you have installed a plugin or a skin that break the front LCD display.

Looks like the failing LCD to me. A similar report was posted about 4 months ago, and if memory is correct the user was sent a replacement LCD from Impex-sat/Gigablue which the user fitted. Happened a few times with the 1st boxes, haven‘t seen any instances since until the user posted.
