My DM 8000 do not include multiboot peculiarity. So as far I have seen Your "openpli-python3-dm8000-20220804.zip" had in mind to try installing in multiboot to check it. Well there is some multiboot plugin working with my stb? Tryed neoboot but not work.

Nope, there isn't in a direct sensé. You can however Install Barry-Allen on a 8GB CF card and perform the multiboot from there.
Furthermore OpenPli only supports 8.x without python3. So better redirect your questions to the builders of your 'OpenPli'

Version 9 is te latest for Mipsel boxes, 12.91 for Armhf boxes..
