on my solo2 when flashing the latest stable version
i have no software management option in plugins so i cannot restore my settings?

A quick search would have given you at least 50 answers from others that didn't search first.
It is no longer pre-installed because it is broken and not maintained. Use autobackup for backups and restores.
If you need it, you can still install it.

Why do you need an ipk? Just install it like any other plugin, via the green "download" button.

well after a flash i dont have internet thats why it was really usefull to have this
if i have ipk atleast i can install it and restore my settings
