I installed OpenPlay 7.2 on a dm800hdse and have 3 problems:

1: when recording to a 2tb he using usb, I get recording error after awhile with “disk full”, but it is not full. Recording light in front is still blinking and when accessing channels, non same transponders are still greyed out. I think it still records, but I can no longer access the he and show files. It seems like the mount is gone? If I put the usb cable to the he in a win11 pc for a few seconds and take it back to box, I can again access the files. It’s mounted to /media/usb. What can be wrong? He worked fine on a dream elite 3 image, but I like the OpenPlay better and would like to resolve this problem. I’m sure someone has a solution. I don’t know if I can install any newer OpenPlay image without using usb stick for flash memory. Then I can’t use the usb ha since the box only have 1 usb connection.

2: box freezes every 2-3 days. It’s annoying.

3: I don’t find any buttons for record, pause, timehift etc, used to be red, green and yellow on other image. I must use help button and find Record in order to record.

Help appreciated

Where did you get this "OpenPLi" 7.2? The last official OpenPLi version for your box was 4.0...

Well, make a gues  :)

The DM800SE has very very very little memory. Putting OpenPli 7.2 on it would be impossible unless it’s a stripped-down version (or he has a DM800SE V2 version). He could check whether he is actually recording on his 2TB HDD and not in flash due to a erroneous HDD or unmounted one! /media/hdd is than a symlink pointing to flash!

Met één been in het graf..... Helaas

Apart from the fact where Scriptmelvin refers to the solution might be to check whether there is a recording in the root of the box. This happens sometimes.

If I had all the knowledge I had no questions at all.
