How to customise VU+ Ultimo VFD and add Date & Clock in standby

I have VU+ Ultimo with the latest OpenPLi 4.0, I have one qustion and hope someone can help:

 

How to display the date along with the time on the VU+ Ultimo front VFD in standby and how to adjust the font size and layout ?
