For me, this file was missing. Once I put the file situation is as follows:

By default skin Pli-HD:

 

Bijlage  1_0_1_36E3_C8C_3_EB0000_0_0_0.jpg   202,63K   16 Aantal bijlagen

 

Before I reinstall the software, I was with your skin and everything was fine.

I would be glad if there is a way to fix it, of course with your help.

Hello.
I had the same problem. After copying the file almost all appear, but became a small problem. Not showing any tuner is used, I have two tuners / I marked with red /.
