you must install via telnet enigma-info package

init 4
opkg install enigma-info
init 3

I just checked and can still use DCC to access the receiver, if that helps with an easy fix?

Reception is back to normal, about 10% higher than it was yesterday after the blackout.

Maybe the satellite drifted out of its position and ground control had to manoeuvre it back into its correct position.

Although you can install OpenVPN on your Enigma2 box it is not to be recommended it, you should use a router to do that. https://wiki.openpli.org/VPN . At the bottom of this link there is an experimental setup.

Thank you for the reply. I might drop that idea and pursue some research on wireguard for my router.
