Let's try an explanation:
Vu+ is brand owned by Marusys. Marusys is developping models for the legal TV providers (closed source), so, so far, Marusys was active on both the proprietary closed source STB and the OpenSource one.
Vu+ is building models based on Broadcom SoCs, broadcom is closing the door to create "OpenSource" STB based on there SoCs.
So the equation is very simple if Marusys wants to continue on the "OpenSource" market they need to find another SoC partner (HiSilicon,...) and develop new skills around this new SoC manufacturer or they retired from the "OpenSource" market and focus only on BCM.
So I won't be suprised if Vu+ no longer announced new models and silently retired from the OpenSource market.
