Is it possible to feed 4 LNB's in 1 cable to a VU+ Ultimo HD and still have access to several channels on all positions? What do I need?

Channel makes error on the picture.

Every time I access one channel on IPTV, the picture ends like this. Then I have to turn the power off and then on again. What can this be?
