I´m sure the reason for the high temperature is not OpenPLi. When I ran a Solo2, the box was only "hand warm". Even after a few hours of operating, and Permanent Time Shift was always "on".

Maybe some of images do not show the correct temperature.

that´s correct. With OpenATV I had a black screen at wake up from deep stand by this morning and afternoon. Inbetween not.

Obviously sometimes the box wakes up, sometimes it doesn´t.

for my issue (box hangs up 30 minutes after a recording has started from deep stand by) I don´t think it has anything to do with a plugin at all.

Yesterday I flashed OpenATV to get a comparison to OpenPLi. I programmed a timer recording from a scrambled programme for the night and let EPG Refresh and Autotimer run afterwards in the early morning.

Before the recording started was my box in deep standby. At roundabout 6:45 am the box was in deep standby as it should. So I´m afraid there´s something with OpenPLi for the Xtrend ET 8000.

I disabled VPS yesterday and programmed a timer recording for the night. It was a scrambled programme. Unfortunately it had no effect. After 30 minutes of recording the box hang up and the recording didn´t stop until

I switched off the box this morning manually. I switched it on again and it was shown that a recording is running, so I guess EPG Refresh was doing it´s work, because the box went into deep standy after

some minutes automatically. No window reading "A recording has started" appeared.

I also programmed two recordings on ZDF using VPS the night before and these recordings were all right, the box went into deep standby after the recordings were finished.

Could it be a matter of recording scrambled programmes? What else could I try?
