Ok i got it to work but as i suspected all emu and enigma needs to be down for it to work...

Fixed the dvb-type mismatch error using -f S insteand of -f S2... How Do i stop enigma completely on Dm500 ??

It works. The gemini image has dvbnet support but seems dvbnet interface does not bridged with br0 (lan) so i can't transfer data from satellite to lan.

I realize this post is pretty old but since i look at the same, i will post anyway... I think tun/tap is enabled on openpli dm500 image since r151 or so... Do you have dvbnet working on dm500 ?? Can you post your dvb_net.ppc as i would like to experiment with it... Got a Ka-band dish given to me with transmitter/receiver... I would like to receive only for now and i have a few dm500 laying around... it would be perfect for this job...
