Hello
A few days ago I found that video and audio vanished, no matter at which output (HDMI, Scart...), although everything is shown on the display.
I tried factory reset or different images, but no success.
I wonder if anybody can help.

Nothing just "vanishes", so you have to come with more information.
Is this about DVB reception, or streaming media? If DVB, encrypted channels, or FTA? What is "shown on the display"? What have you tried to find the problem? What was the result of your checks?
Have you checked the web interface? Do you see the image there? Have you tried streaming from the box using the web interface?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
