@s3n0

So, did what @WanWizard wrote help ? Enigma2 cannot automatically add one more channel to the channel list ! Uhm...

You asked what WanWizard helped,

It told me that you cannot permanently delete a channel,
That's what I asked,
They are right because when I remove the channel the channel doesn't appear until I turn off the receiver.
After turning the receiver off, when I turn it back on, the channel is there again,

Sorry @piplan1966, I'm leaving your thread. I have written many ideas but you haven't tried a single thing... to find out where the problem is. Moreover, my question regarding what @WanWizard wrote was also just to find out if something in Enigma2 is not correcting your userbouquest list. BTW, this can be detected, for example, by turning on the debug log. But I prefer to go away. I'm not in the mood for this. Or should I still write to myself? I feel as if I am writing to myself. You are responding to the nonsense I mentioned. You don't answer important things. You are not doing what I advised or what I asked if you tried. Of course, I have read the discussion several times. I never join a discussion if I don't read at least 10-20 posts behind. Do you realize that I am a plugin developer for Enigma2? I may not be an expert, but probably no one is, since there is no comprehensive guide for developing plugins in the Enigma2 GUI environment. What restores the userbouquet to its original state can really be anything. It could be a shell script that you don't know about. It could be some plugin you don't know about. It could be a disk error that you don't know about... etc. etc. etc. there can be many reasons. However, you did not try ANYTHING from what I wrote and so far you have only written back to me about unimportant things. Goodbye.

@s3n0
You are an expert and I have a lot of respect for you,
I'm sorry if you didn't like what I said,
You wrote that I did not reply,
You have mentioned Pakon and some other things too so I got confused and didn't understand because not so intelligent and less educated.
I was thinking that I asked something else and the answer was something else.
Sorry for the rudeness
Sorry again

Hi

If your service references are ok, you should have picons if you install an SRP set.

You suggested me to install dreamboxeditor, I installed it and it was not opening.
Then I installed dreamseteditor and connected it to my receiver,
Opened openwebif from start HTTP session in option tool and created a new bucket and reloaded your favorite channels in it.
But I asked, I was watching a satellite channel, so I removed one of the channels.
After some time the same channel was there again, why,

Hi.

There are two versions.

1. Download this one without an installer: https://dreamboxedit...tup_7.2.1.0.zip

2. Create an empty "DreamboxEDIT" folder, because the ZIP archive does not contain this folder ! For example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\DreamboxEDIT"

3. After download, unpack the ZIP archive inside the prepared folder.

4. Next, create a exe-file shortcut on the Windows desktop. Or simply run this startup file "dreamboxEDIT.exe" - by double-clicking the mouse.

Then, of course, you have to create and set the profile of the set-top box. Profiles for set-top boxes must be created in the configuration of the DreamboxEDIT application. Set the IP address of your set-top box there ... and set the login + password. Then proceed naturally as you should... first download the channel lists from the set-top box to the DreamboxEDIT application. Edit as you need. And then, finally, sent it back - to the set-top box, after editing.

But this probably won't help.

Probably in your set-top box, some plugin or some shell-script automatically adds missing channels or refreshes it. Probably it always downloads the current userbouquet file (channel list) from the internet and replace your current userbouquet file. In that case, you will probably have to use this plugin (still unknown to me) or a shell script to edit the userbouquet, according to you, in order to achieve the right result.

Or...

Try to find out which file "/etc/enigma2/userbouquet.*.tv" is the problem. Then turn on the debugging mode in OpenPLi. Reboot the set-top box. And watch entries / find, in the created ".log" file, after reboot, what happens with the specific userbouquet file. In theory, you should be able to find there which plugin or shell-script modified this problematic userbouquet file.

You can easily leave the setting on "all". Then, when you finish debugging after a few days, you turn off debugging again. It overloads the chipset and disk.

Open the debug log file after the error appears. And you let it search for the userbouquet file, which contains this one channel, which is always automatically added when rebooting (when starting Enigma2 itself).

Hi
I want to tell you one more thing here.
I scan only one TP of 105.5 that is 3663 v 3333,
If I remove the entry of the channel named Jeeto, sometimes it comes back after an hour and sometimes it comes back after 12 hours.

And this channel will be added there automatically. Right? While watching TV? Without user intervention?

In the debug log, you will then see what and why added the channel to the relevant "/etc/enigma2/userbouquet.*.tv" file.

You need to create a favorite and include the channel that you are watching in it.

You should not use the All channels list for day-to-day usage, the All channel is where you can find all the possible channels.

Userbouquet are where you store the channels that you are really watching and sort them in the order that best fits your needs.

@Pr got a great idea. It's one of the better solutions. Create your own / additional channel list. And then move only the channels you watch most often to this new created channel list.

Then, in your own channel list, nothing should change automatically (automatically remove or add a channel).
