Hello,

I have changed my receiver in order to receive the streams channels on Eutelsat 5.0W, reception perfect.

My config is; Vu+ Duo 4K se, 2 DVB S2X tuners, 2 incoming lines, behind Diseq 1.1 for my 2 dishes.
As I have 3 LNB pointing, in order, to HoBird 13E, Astra 19.2E and Eutelsat 5.0W, when recording 1 channel on 5.0W makes that it is impossible to watch something on 19.2E. It gaves the following message "Echec accord" (sorry, I don't no in english) maybe "Failed agreement" on each 19.2 channels.

My tuner config is, for both tuners; 13 in pos. 1, 19.2 in pos 2 and 5.0 in pos. 3, fourth tuner left in auto, or if I let OP choose, it gaves me 13.

What can be the problem or mistake I made?

Thanks for your help, and as always, thanks for the nice job done with OP.

Hello,

You should probably use:

Config Mode: Simple

DiSEqC A/B/C/D

Port A 13.0E

Port B 19.2E

Port C 5.0W

Port D: nothing connected

If OpenPLi detects 13E on on port 4 then there is a problem since nothing is connected to it.

And you need to repeat the same setup on tuner B. Since you report that you have 2 independent dishes.

The tuned failed mention that the STB didn't received any signal. But be careful if you have a short circuit or ground problem the DiseqC is unable to do its jobs to switch between the different entries. This can explain why 13E is detected when OpenPLi try to detect what is on you Port D, it send the command to the switch the Diseqc, which doesn't do the job due to cabling quality problem, so 13E is detected on Port D because in fact DiseqC stay on its first entry.

Ok, thanks, I will check all the connections on my dishes and Diseq modules.
But the strange thing is that the issue is only with 19.2, if I record something on 5.0 and watch something on 13 it works. So, I will check with caution all the 19.2 connections.

I'll let you know as soon I find something, when rain stops, it it stops one day here!

Yes or check which type of DiseqC you have but if it is a 4 entries DiseqC the mode A/B/C/D is the proper one.

If the DiseqC is improperly configured it is not able to switch to C so it returns to entry A.

So either short-circuit or mis-configuration for the DiseqC.

Hello,

Just find yesterday the reason of this issue: there was a bad contact on the 2nd connection on the Diseq module, which is 19.2.

Correct this and now works.

And my configuration was always as you said above. So, at the moment, all is fine.

Thanks for the help.

You are welcome, a shortcut prevent the Diseqc to operate properly (I already experienced it too).  ;)
