Hello
Using Vu Duo 4k se with PLI 9.0 img I have two questions because I didn't find suggestion on documentation.
First: I did a Dtt e Dtt2 scan on terrestrial broadcastings. Well I find it on " Last scan". How should I add some into Favorites channel list?
Second: I have two Vu Duo 4k se located in different rooms but connected both to Lan. There is an extension suiteable to connect the one to the other mostly to excange movies. Some FTP prog?
Thank for your reading and help

  1. Navigate to either the "last scannned" bouquet, or press green in the channel list and select "Terrestrial"
Scroll down to the channel you which to add to your favorites bouquet
    Press the menu button
Select the "add to bouquet" optiom
    Select your favorites bouquet

  2. Assuming with "movies" you mean content on the local disk of the box: see https://wiki.openpli.org/Data_sharing

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

As alredy declared, I have two Vu Duo 4k se located in different rooms but connected both to Lan. I follow your suggestion and i had succes as per your indication. Well, now is onother question. I have one connected to the sat antenna, second is connected only to local tv via ddt. Well there is the possibility to have connection between the two i.eg. watching the one connected to ddt but able to connect  and send command to the second connected to sat antenna. I.eg changing channels and so on
Thank for your reading and help

I'm not sure what you exactly want.

Do you want to watch SAT and DDT on both boxes, or do you want to change the channel on box A from box B (which would annoy anyone watching box A I assume)?

I think we're getting lost in translation.

If you change channels on A, the people watching A will see a different channel. Why would you want to change the channel of a box in a different room?

I know my English is not perfect. Anyway I ask if there is a way to completely manage one stb from another one. Something like what is possible to do between two pcs via screen sharing.

Ok, that is what I read, but I couldn't think of any reason who one would want that.

The answer is no. You could do it from the web interface, but there is no plugin (afaik) that allows you to zap another box to a different channel.

Guess I'm not the only one struggling to understand the purpose. Perhaps you can explain why exactly you want this? What is the point of zapping another box to a different channel, if you're not watching that box?

What he is looking at is a crossed Remote Server setup. He wants to have its DTT channels from box A in box B (so watching the channels through streaming), and the DVB-S channels from B into box A so watching them with streaming accross his LAN.

So probably via a plugin like:  enigma2-plugin-extensions-remotechannelstreamconverter will do the job for him.

So monassat

- install the plugin  enigma2-plugin-extensions-remotechannelstreamconverter

- you need to create a favorite/userbouquet for the channels that you want to export from a box to the other one and then going into: Menu - Parameters - Tuners & Search - Import remote channel lists

But there is a limitation if you plan to use both STB to watch TV at the same time you will only be able to watch the channels from the same Transpondeur remotely has the one that act has a server is watching or recording (this is true if you have a basic setup). So it is better to have the remote box in standby when watching channels from it.

So for testing always ensure to standby the "server" box to test the different channels.

That is not how I read it, which is why I asked.

The answer was "manage A from B", not "watch A from B".
