@littlesat, I can't do this because I have now installed OpenPli  Develop 2024.12.27 since I can fully download OpenPli Develop but on the 20241229 there it would give this error where Frap described

You should be able to approach your box via putty. But it sounds you do not know how. Then quick solution is install stable image -or- flash an image from (a few) days ago.
Why didn’t you flash with backup as then you do not need to get through the wizard, everything comes back as it was?
With changes from yesterday it could indeed be the wizard behaves differently…. But with normal update or flash with backup it will also never ‘land’ to the wizard.
As far I know in the sources the issue should be resolved. Not confirmed but it could be….

before installing a new image I always clean hdd I don't leave anything there So there is no chance

Why????? Totally not needed. We have mechanisms where you do not need to configure all from the start… you get everything back as it was… just put USB stick in the box and flash via the user interface… menu->setup->flash image and flash with backup!
But try image from 2 days ago instead for now. And update to latest later.

I have updated ( performed a software update) and not encounterered a problem. If you are sill experiencing a problem, please describe exactly what you are doing.

I did an update too today and no issues...
But i didnt tried clean flash so i dont go to the wizard...

I flashed the most recent Developer image on a Vu Duo 4k, I did not restore and went through the wizard. No problem for me. Admittedly, most of the options were default. 
 
If @gintarasarm wants the problem he is experiencing to be fixed, it would be helpful to be more descriptive.

But after a flash you should not have settings at all… and you should also not get userbouquets?

Also in these bouquets I see wierd stuff

I installed a fresh from scratch flash using the usb and no result.And this one I updated via the update menu

With the help of usb update I can not set the network settings because the spinner is always spinning and does not let me go further.I update online so I can get into the guts of the receiver via telnet and ftp.

I just did an update through the menu and got a crashlog, So after the update it turns out that everything needs to be rewritten again and a clean image needs to be installed.

you have faulty CiModuleControl.py. You may have it in the box prior update and after it crashes. Or you have something other custom that break your box...
