I will buy VU+ Zero 4K receiver and I am considering using OpenPLI with it.
Does it have functionality to manual scan specific frequency after the long complete scan has finished?

I will be using receiver for DVB-S/DVB-S2 .

All Enigma2 receivers have this function. Use manual scan and change options to suit what you want to do
