May be have a look at:

or
AB PULSe 4K Rev. II (2XS2X) and since you are using a card reader for Voo you can use an external DVB-C tuner attached to it.
For the CI descrambling you need to use the build in tuner since the USB tuner are not compatible with CI descrambling.
So if you plan to use the VOO card with the CI module then you need to purchase the Combo model.
For the card reader you can add external card reader too, they are even more reliable than internal reader with some cards very sensitive to clocking/frequency.
