If I play a full-TS file of a transponder in the player, is it possible to select the desired channel/stream ?

You mean an MPEG-TS with multiple video PID's? I don't think that is supported (or if it is, I have no idea how to select the video PID).
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

he means probably the way ffplay can do it
ffplay -ast 1 ..2 ..3 -> play audio stream
ffplay -vst 1 ..2 ..3 -> play video stream
ffplay -sst 1 ..2 ..3 -> play subtitle stream

I understand what the question is, but I don't think there's an answer.. 
The Enigma player supports audio and subtitle PID selection, but not video.

So far I have figured out that using the meta file which must be named the same as the TS file, it is possible to select a channel.

Playing the selected FTA works, but playing the encrypted one no longer works.
