Hi,

I am just mentioning it . I was on Release 9.1. I did a Software update via Menu/Software update this morning on my VU Uno 4k Se.

After that my system crashed and I had to restart to my latest backup from October 2024.

So I am happy again. I'll wait a couple of weeks until I dare to update again.

Not sure if this is just bad luck on my VU. I made a screenshot of the crash log showing up on my tv.

Does someone have an idea of what could have went wrong?

Many Greetings and the crash reminded me to  click on the Donate Button and donate a small amount for your good work!!

Solution is posted many times before and as far I know the issue should also be resolved for longer time.

This should solve your issue, I hope you can connect to the box with telnet and if you can you can use the following commands to solve it....

rm -f /usr/lib/enigma.info
opkg update
opkg install enigma-info --force-reinstall
opkg upgrade
reboot

On the edge of the abyss, a step forward is not always progress....
