Hi,
Do you plan release for a new GiGaBlue UHD Quad 4K PRO?
Thanks

It is being worked on, but there isn't a lot of support ( = nothing at all ) from Gigablue.
So if it comes, it will probably for OpenPLi 10.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

All that are still releasing new hardware. Apart from Gigablue, who has promised support, but appearently have difficulty finding a competent driver developer.

Looking at your DOWNLOADS site, it seems only these:
AB-COM
Edision
Gigablue
Maxytec
Mutant
Octagon
Uclan
Zgemma
That seems pretty corrrect.
Edision will be removed soon, they have stopped with STB's all together, and I expect AB-COM to follow.
And who knows about the others: currently, any new hardware released is based on either old warehouse stock (like the Gigablue) or on refurbished chipsets (like the last series of HiSilicon).
Only AMLogic is still making SoC's, but making a decent box with it, with Enigma support, hasn't been easy sofar.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

There were more, like for example the VVetek Play.
I understand progress is being made, but we'll have to wait and see. Don't expect much, AMLogic doesn't make SoC's with lots of demuxes, so a low-end dual-tuner box will be the max I think.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

And only DVB-S2. I have not seen a DVB-C/T tuner on these boxes (or I have missen them). Certainly no FBC variants

Correct. The currently used AMLogic SoC has 3 demuxers.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Two built-in DVB-S2 FBC (full band capture) tuners allow an independent twin use.One additional tuner slot offers the possibility to expand your device with optional extra DVBC-T/T2 tuners.
So do Gigablue UHD boxes have FBC tuners?
ET9000, OpenPLi 4.0, 13E, 19E
HD51, OpenPLi 6.2, 75E - 30W

Looking at the download page is also no guarantee because you can see it on Octagon.
There is no image for the sf4008. There you can see what kind of support the manufacturer provides
Although the sf4008 is almost identical to the HD51.
Very very sad the whole thing. I love OpenPli

Octagon never asked us to build an image for the SF4008, so it isn't there.
Which is not related to this topic, Gigabluie DID ask us to build an image for the Quad 4K PRO, but hasn't been able to produce a working BSP as of yet.
We're trying to do some parallel work based on what TeamBlue has done, but their BSP is not compatible and not complete.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
