Is it possible to have an updated exteplayer3 on the OpenPLi 8.3 feed with this patch?

OpenPLi 8 is no longer maintained, and will go EOL as soon as OpenPLi 10 is released.

Also, that PR is on the wrong repo, tecnic's repo has been dead for 6 years.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

This also means that the patch is included there.

Thanks for the info, I thought it was still supported, considering I was seeing constant updates (example youtube plugin and oscam are updated on feed)
Isn't that the repo the current binary was built from?
My exteplayer3 is version 68, which is actually old, but only recently i've seen activity with this movie player.

I tried a new version from here: https://github.com/T...t18_exteplayer3 which also uses new libraries, it fix problems with youtube but i have problems with some old audio and video files and it seems to be slightly slower, at least with my decoder.

Beacause you're still on OpenPLi 8, which has been in code freeze since april 2023.

Possibly an option to update its existing Exteplayer3 and FFMPEG in PLI 8.3.
