There is a complete guide on how to install the firmware.

But the drivers used here are outdated, especially "Renesas USB Development Tools" Generic Boot USB Direct This device will not boot. (Code 10). Driver from 2005.

Adding service HmseUsb for device id ROOT\RENESASUSB\0000 was completed by Driver Manager with the following status: 0. And I can't get it to work. Can someone give me a hint so that it will work again? I used Windows 7 but it doesn't work, Windows 10 Doesn't work also the same error message.Please a good solution.

Do you mean that it worked under Win7 and not with Win10?

After plugging in the usb cable and before running, did your PC detect a Generic Boot Direct USB device?
