Something like version 3.1 wouldn't be a bad idea,
where .1 stands for the movieplayer

note there are two types of images; cdk and openembedded.
You're probably looking at the openembedded build, indeed that's for the newer boxes.
For 500 and 7000 you need to follow the 'cdk' build instructions.
