I like the ticketing system that is opened for OpenPli project. But i have a question....
When i create a ticked and post it how can i modify it?

As far as I know, you can only add new messages. It may also depend on the "reporter".
Some members of the PLi team can change the ticket.

Hmm well since i create the ticked why i cant modify what i was created?
I understand that i can not modify other members creations but i must be able to modify my tickets!

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I checked.
Every authenticated user has TICKET_APPEND rights. The ticketing system doesn't have the option to modify already posted information, only the administrator can do that.

I see!m But if someone make a small mistake in the ticket is very bad that only administrators can correct it!

Well, I read all tickets and I already fixed a typo in your ticket 110I see!m But if someone make a small mistake in the ticket is very bad that only administrators can correct it!
So, if there's no technical solution yet, just add a message to the ticket and an administrator can correct it.
