Which box? And your question is not very clear to me. What do you want to change?

Blue & yellow buttons are programmable from the "user-defined buttons" menu. You can set the blue button to open the softcam menu from there.
If you really want to build an image that defaults the blue button to softcam, I'd guess you could start seaching through the source code for instances of "blue" and narrow it down from there...

On second thought, it may be as simple as editing "s:/pli/keyMapping/blueButton=" in PLi's config file before assembling the image...
