Can you find the program listings in xmltv format?
Maybe try using mc2xml to generate a xmltv file for North America.
I tried it with the settings ZIPcode 10001 and countrycode US and got an XMLTV.xml file with program info it. The file was 275 mb in size, which is going to be difficult to import in it entirety in a dreambox . You may want to study the mc2xml documentation and limit the amount of channels that is imported.
If you can find or generate an xmltv listing we can help you to set up a link between this file and the dreambox. (It is not that difficult but when you are doing this for the first time there is a lot to watch out for.)
