Hi all again,

I'm having a real nightmare, everytime I try to update my channel settings with new bouquettes the DM500 keeps only recongising the old ones.

I've tried engimaedit, dreamboxedit and beuquetter

I've also made sure the settings are saved as engima 1.

The only thing that updates is the satellites services but the actual buequettes don't change.

Any suggestions as this is driving me nuts.

After you loaded the new channels on the box, did you reload (using the option in the tool you use?)?

If you don't, and you restart the box, your old channels are back, as Enigma works from memory, and writes everything to flash when it restarts, overwriting your changes...

Hi,

yes I restarted by manually doing it on the box as when i tried the reload option in Dreamboxedit it just hung for ages.

But I will try again tonight and let you know how I get on.

Once again many thnaks for all the help, this is a great place to learn fast.

Just tried again, all working now.
