Downloading & installing CCCam (or other softcams):
Menu > Plugins > Download Plugins > Softcams > choose softcam
Setting up softcams:
Menu > Setup > Softcam/CI > configure it.
If you've choosen CCcam:
Be shure you make/configure the CCCam.cfg file at your needs, the default file won't work with smartcard.
The file is located on the Dreambox (you can get it with computer connected on same network as dreambox, with ftp client) at
/etc/CCcam.cfg
Check this forum or google(websearch) about how to make the CCCam.cfg file (on windows with Notepad++)
Or do you mean something different with your topic?
I'll added a standarized version (/images/smiley/more_shocked/5.gif )of my used CCcam.cfg, if it isn'tallowed then i suppose administrators here will remove it.(and won't give me a ban). i mean i suppose the default CCcam.cfg isn't working for a reason.
Dreambox Dm8000 with all hardware addons donated to OpenPli. No interests anymore in policy of CanalDigitaal / M7 group and now-a-days channel encryption (like CI+ / HD+).
Good luck Enigma2 / OpenPli, it was fun with Sky Movies and so on, collected a nice collection of movies. Now back to basic boring lineair TV with KPN iTV (VDSL2 pair bonding 219 / 63 Mbps).
The VDSL pair bonding is excellent for... torrents to NAS in higher quality then HDTV (Like Dolby-TrueHD or DTS-Master-Audio soundquality )

Already works!
I can see the channels on my card, still need to know if I'm sharing.
I have not altered anything in cccam.cfg, it is necessary some configuration?

Well if CCcam(so CCcam.cfg) does what you expect of it, then you don't need to configure. For sharing you need to configure it.(but keep in mind, it's only legal on lan(local network)) More info by google. /images/smiley/more_other/12.gifI have not altered anything in cccam.cfg, it is necessary some configuration?
