Some Norwegian channels got new frequency 1/12-2011

Could you merge the old service ref to these new:

NRK1 HD: 1:0:1:40F:46:46:E080000:0:0:0:
NRK2 HD: 1:0:1:410:46:46:E080000:0:0:0:
NRK Super/NRK3 HD: 1:0:1:411:46:46:E080000:0:0:0:
