Hi! I created a new ticket for subtitle automatic selection: http://openpli.pli-i....org/ticket/196

I managed to setup build environment and created an image for DM600, so I might try to implement this kind of feature if someone could give me some hints how/where subtitle selection should be made when starting playback.

Where the selected subtitle language is stored in TV channels? Where in code subtitles are enabled when zapping to some TV channel? Any idea where in code the subtitle automatic selection should be done when starting playback?

As far I know there was never ever an automatic subtitle selection in E1??

I mean; when I select subtitle language (audio button->go bottom of the window->press right arrow->OK) when watching TV channel, the selection is stored somewhere so that if I zap to other channel and then I zap back to the same TV channel, the box starts subtitles automatically.

I just would like to have similar feature in recorded movies playback. So I should not need to select subtitle language every time playing starts.
