Official people from VU+ are registere on this new forum. OpenPLi staff is also welcomed there. You will be able to talk to them easier now.

Be aware: this is not an official VU+ board. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the manufacturer.

Then your assumption is wrong. The announcement only says the A new community..... and that other community's could also be announced if you want that.
I can assure you that there is no relation whatsoever between this announced board and VU+.

I agree with you that being announced on the VuPlus website gives the impression of being "official".

indeed, just compare the developernames at this new board and the other hobbyteams members

on the Glassfibre 1GB DVB-C...
