Cannot find epg for these:
Barclays PL HD
BTV-1
CCTV News
CETV
EU TV
CANAL+ FOTBALL

Could add the swedish schedule for these:
CANAL+ FOTBOLL
CANAL+ HOCKEY
Canal+ Extra 1,2,3,4
However days are missing sometimes

There is a Norwegian schedule for this:
Canal+ Sport3

I could add the Norwegian or swedish schedules

yes they useally missing on these channels ,and for me those channels arent important

if there is any other eng/swe for them it should be just fine to replase them .

Finnish translators suck anyway

movies/documentaries and local channels would be great and enoug

Not the best thread for this problem of mine but:

i am getting trouble making rytec finland xmltv grabbing to work, trying manually now, 0 events stays on screen.

enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport-rytec_20101122-r0_all.ipk (had an older version before, upgraded, did not uninstall old version first)
just one file rytec.sources.xml 23.11.2010 in etc/epgimport (23.11.2010)

Any ideas?

What if you try another package such as benelux or UK ?

Sky UK downloaded very nicely last night when i tried it, as it has done before.
The newly added Finland does not work for me, but i know it works for some other finnish users.

Could you manually import only the finnish epg and send us the log file please.

You can get the log file after the import, when you press the epg (of info) button and save then the log.

The log will be in the /tmp folder.

Will do that tonite when i get home from work, thanks for the help mates.
Hopefully it will download, as so far i havent been able to get the download going on finnish channels at all, the events stay at 0.

I will uninstall the plugin totally and reinstall, if events still stay at 0.

Another thing to check is:

Are you using Viasat 4.8 W? Because the finnish file contains only the links for Telenor (thor 0.8 or 1 W). We can add the Viasat links as well if you provide us with the info. See: http://www.pli-image...thread_id=12363

Alternative you can try the swedish xmltv. If you now have swedish epg on the channels let me know.

Do not forget to send me the log pls.

I got same probs, for all channels:

Unknown channel: CanalPlusAction.fi
Unknown channel: CanalPlusDrama.fi

This is the part is the result of an error which occured before, and you cut of the list.

Import only this finnish package - deselect all the rest - and perform a manual import pls. And send then the complete log pls.

Here is attached channels from 4.8E, i did it quick.
I hope that i didn't miss anything important from the Viasat package.

It is complete log, i will try again and there was just finnish package selected.

You do not by any chance use Viasat 4.8 W?

Viasat is at 4.8E (or 5E).
Canal Digital is at 1W, i use em both.

You should at least have the Canal digital channels.

I beginning to suspect that there is a typo in the channels file. Since I do not have Viasat or Thor I cannot check this. Could you assist me pls. by doing some experiments?

I got 4.8E and 1W
Canal Digital and Viasat cards.

Now try to import one by one (select only one pls.) and look if an import takes place (events should not be zero)

The sources to try are:

Test Finland 1 XMLTV and so on.

select epgimport
sources.

Deselect everything except (also the standard finnish source)

and select the Test Finland 1
