Same prob here:

I ftp´d all to etc/epgimport.

Rebooted Dreambox.

Cant see any of those new files in sources, sources looks the very same as it has in the last few days.

Did try to hard to be quick - made a small mistake.
Now they show up.

Now they was on the list, but all gives same 0 events

I tried to modify the channels list a bit.

Could you give it another try pls.

But after you have put these files in etc/epgimport you have to restart enigma of your box. This is because channel files are only once a day refreshed in the system, or until you restart enigma.

Another thing that could be wrong is that we are looking to completely different SID's

YLE1 is in our channels file : 1:0:1:11:42:46:E080000:0:0:0
Could somebody check that this the correct code?

I might know what´s going on:
i am using a NAS as a recording device, epg import is trying to use media/hdd ?
I am using media/net/dreambox as a recording path?

To test if this is the problem could you try test Finland 4 after you placed the attached file in etc/epgimport and restarted enigma. You should at least have yle1 imported then.

Secondly, may people use ths import with a NAS. The dir /media/hdd alwasy exists but is in the case of a NAS located on the flash drive of the box. Normally there will be still enough room in DM500HD and DM8000 and VU+

Thirdly, could somebody provide me with the info on the finnish channels on Thor and Viasat as per: http://www.pli-image...thread_id=12363

I will check then the SID's on our channel file

My collegea Rytec has just tested the Finnish package in OpenPli.

The result is attached

He got 11740 events imported.

It looks thus that the channel file is correct (at least partly - Channel changes not included)
and the data is present in the XMLTV file (but i already checked that)

Tomorrow is a new day.

I still need a new channel listing as requested in a previous entry in this thread.

Of course there was typo

YLE 1 is 1:0:1:11:42:46:E060000:0:0:0

I Corrected it to .xml and now it works, 235 events from YLE 1

This proves that something is wrong in the channels list. In order to correct this i will need your output from dreamboxedit as per previous entry.

I added the SID as you provided (copy and paste). See above - So the typo was yours.

Now i found where's the problem.
I use channel settings from C@jton and i think Raitsa uses too, channel references are different than llpllp has used.

Did some compare between my c@jton list and Rytec_E2_motor settings.

It is not first time when there has been some odd in cajton settings.


edit: I think if we just use settings from Rytec, then original Rytec Finland will work.
I attached finnish Viasat channels some messages a go, but those are also from cajton, so.... maybe i have to redo my channel lists and then take Viasat channels from it.

Please provide me the good settings by putting the finland channeld in a bouquet, zip the whole directory where you have saved your settings and upload them here.
Then we can use them for the channelfile but also for my motor settingsfile.

Sorry, I missed the viasat setting list.

But since the latest news - different setting list - I will wait until you post the latest viasat and telenor channel list for finland to start correcting the whole thing.
