doglover, i sent you a pm, with an updated channellist with working finnish canal digital channels.

great.

Here is attached Viasat channels taken from Rytec_E2_Motor_20101125, i hope all channels are correct ones
Those should be found from telvis.fi or some other Finnish TV listings.

Now i can gives huge hand to Rytec & Doglover
It works fine with Canal Digital after little reference changes.

I just edited "test finland X.xml" files to correct channel references and all worked which i tested.
Disney Channel & Disney XD channels missing btw.

Allmost to all channel i just changed one number, see bolded here:
1:0:1:11:42:46:E060000:0:0:0


I checked my own channel scan, Rytec's and Cajton's and all of those gives different E0x0000 ID
Does someone know why?

There was example YLE TV1 with three different variations.
1:0:1:11:42:46:E060000:0:0:0
1:0:1:11:42:46:E070000:0:0:0
1:0:1:11:42:46:E080000:0:0:0

Both Disney Channel & Disney XD should be have epg. Although Disney XD doe have swedish epg (no finnish epg found)

This is of course a problem. I do not know why this is happening. But we have to resolve this issue in order to have the epg imported.

I could duplicate all the channels with the E06, E07 and E08 namespace.
However in the swedish version the following entry works:

This has also the E08 Namespace. (leading zeros and case do not matter)

I think the best solution would be to agree to one settinglist, and use that to create the channels file.

I created a channel list where I have duplicated all the e08 Namespace channels also as e07 and e06.

If you want to try this pls copy both the attached files to etc/epgimport and try the Test Finland4 source. (do not unzip the gz file - since this became rather large I have zipped it and in the source it is used as a zip file)

Tested, looking good
With quick test, Disney XD is Swedish and TV1000 Drama missing.

TV1000 Drama = 1:0:1:4AB:3:56:300000:0:0:0:

DisneyXD is missing from finnish.channels.xml and also from rytecxmltv_nordic.

Below lines should be Ok to finland.channels.xml

I have updated the Finland channelfile online with these so you can use the general rytec.sources.xml file again.

You're right, it is missing from finnish TV-listings, weird.
Which webpages you use now for finnish EPG? did you use telvis.fi?


Telkku.com has Disney XD, but no descriptions.

Disney XD is named Toon XD in telvis.fi, there is descriptions as well.

BTW... Javascript doesn't play a role at all @tvnyt.. grabbing listings from this site is even faster and easier than from telvis or some other sites. Here's a sample link for mentioned above Disney XD: http://www.tvnyt.fi/...rt=201012060500

I will have to write something to understand this. It looks fairly easy though.
But this is academic now since I found the channel on another website with descriptions.
