However, it could be possible that you need to restart enigma.
Reason; the channelsfile is only downloaded once a day, or after an enigma restart. If you had already a failed download today, the importer thinks he has already downloaded the channels file - but in reality he has not.

One is theactual importer (which rarely change) and the other are the rytec source (whichchange from time to time)
At thattime I set 'Sources' all marked. Further I have lead everything in the defaultposition except Changed "load long descriptions up to X days' and changedit form 5 to 7 days.
This wasoperating very well for some weeks.
One or twoweeks ago the Update did not functioning anymore.
Raytec hadsome problems with his server I understand.
Actual Ihave the last days still this problem.
I changethe
adjustments as follows:
-Dailyautomatic
import: activated
-Automaticstart time: 07:45 (default 05:45)
-When indeep standby: Skip the import
-Show inextentions: Yes
-Startimport after booting up: Activated (default deactivated)
-Load longdescriptions up to X days: 7 (default 5).
After thisI mark all the sources, Push the ‘OK’ (green) button and push the ‘Manuals’ (yellow)button.
This is operatingvery well and after some time I see in the graphic mode all the downloadedEPG's.
But thenext morning ALL the adjustments are back to the default position and there isonly the actual EPG as download via the
Some days agoI have used the option as imported via the actual Provider and from the o5hers. These are not imported as when Rytec was operating.
I have alsotried the procedure of , init4, delete epg.dat, init 3, .
This is nothelping.
So stil theproblem that the EPG is gone the next day en the Rytec Plugin settings are backto default (exept the 'Sources" adjustments. They stay as marked before).
Is someone recognizethis problem or know someone the solution?

Have had no epg for the last few days.
Both these channels have still epg in the XMLTV file.
Will check the references in aour channels file

- rytec.channels.xml

sorry for this short answer but it has to do something with compability between the plugin and the VTI image.
I can tell you now at this moment only OpenPli, Dream Elite and VIX team succeed to get this working without any problems.

same here, on both the normal and workaround links provided in the page 1 of this thread
The workaround was provided when this first occured. However since then it has been cleared.
(Also because on this server we have to manually update the files)
