I have installed rytec on my vu+ duo since 3 days and my channel list is up to date with all frequencies.

Sky switched this month six channels to a new transponder and so they have new frequenciy. I got no EPG-Data for this six channels.
Do you have any idea ? I already changed your xml-files.
The Channels are :

NatGeo HD SIDalt: 007F - zu - SIDneu: 0070
Sky Sport 2 HD SIDalt: 007A - zu - SIDneu: 0072
Disney Cinemagic HD SIDalt: 007E - zu - SIDneu: 006F

These are the new transponders:

Satellit: Astra 19,2° Ost
Frequenz: 11,992 GHz
Polarisation: Horizontal
Symbolrate: 27.500
FEC: 9/10
Modulation: DVB-S2 (QPSK)

Satellit: Astra 19,2° Ost
Frequenz: 12,304 GHz
Polarisation: Horizontal
Symbolrate: 27.500
FEC: 9/10
Modulation: DVB-S2 (QPSK)

Thanks for your help!!!

Changes have been made this morning, should be working after a restart in about one hour.

Thanks ! It works ! But only for a few days ! Yesterday evening it was only up to the 6th of february.
Anyway how long do you support epg-data ? Does it depend from the channel-provider ?

I have an option "load long discrition for x days" and so i can give for x a number of days. What makes sense ?
I always wrote 14!

Thanks for your reply

You can leave this on 5 for long descriptions, this is the amount of days which will show long descriptions of epg if available otherwise it will only be single lines.
This depends on what dat we can grab from the websites.
Normaly you should have 6 à 7 days EPG but sometimes it happens against weekends this amount of days is shorter.

Some other sources do not even get for 7 days but only 2 or 3 days.
But this is also because there is not more available for them. But people are happy because if they do not use the epgimporter they have no epg in their boxes so 2,3 days for them is better then nothing.
