New NRK HD channels

Hi,

Could you put the same EPG on NRK2 HD as we have on NRK2 today.
The same with NRK Super/NRK3 HD as we have on NRK Super/NRK3 today.

Which is the service reference, pls. (and also on which sat is it)
I do not have access to Thor or Viasat.
