can anyone tell me how to add oscam to jade3 maxvar as some channels are not clearing with CCcam

You need to get a copy of oscam and copy binary over to /var/bin folder

then you need to create a blank file using the touch command - same name as the binaru file

then when you go into softcam setup - oscam will appear as a card server

I will get exact details when I get home, as I have configured it on my dm500

I use MGcamd as the client and works superbly.

I am stuck with setting up oscam. I keep reading the above statement, but I don't know what it means or what exactly I need to do. What is the binary I need? Where is it? Please can someone help explain this in detail.
