Second thing: If you have a usb device or CF card in use, check if these are not read-only mounted.

My pendrive is mounted as a freeze device. But it's not ro. But does that matter at all, because xmltv saves the EPG data on hdd, anyway???

By the way, the epgdat.tmp is properly written on my hdd. Here's the newest log (taken from the middle of the update process):

The importer need some temp storage when it retrieves the file. It looks that your box uses the /tmp/ folder. So no other storage is used.

I do not know what the cause is from this error. But it cannot be good.

I defreezed my image, and guess what, it worked! But after refreezing again I can't use the downloaded epg_new.dat to update my epg list. Either one of my drives is damaged or just the image. Thanks for your help and your time!

Does this channel have the same program as Nickelodeon/Comedy Central ? (The SD channel)
Because I can find that one (it is already in the download) but no schedule (yet) for the HD version.

Could you please add the new channel N24HD. The EPG data is the same as for the SD Version of that channel.

This channel is already in the channelfile but there are a lot of them, old ones or ?

There's only one Sky Cinema HD on Astra 19,2. The epg is the same as on Sky Cinema (SD).

Regarding the other channels, imo it's safe to remove the old channel id's.

Checked today on my own box. In first instance I did not have epg either on these channels.
In such cases, my first reaction is to restart enigma and perform a new import. Result - epg is present.

So: restart enigma and perform a new import.
