not necessarily, if you look each image corresponds to a different date and as there NIGHTLY builds you would expect as much.

The only difference between the two images is that the ET4000 list isn't cleared for some reason. That is under investigation and will be solved soon, I assume. ;)

Will be fixed tonight, clearing doesn't work if the thing is called 'et4x00' and you're trying to clear 'et4000'... ;)

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

It's preparation for the "next" OpenPLi, bringing the OpenEmbedded environment up to a more recent standard. Which means a new compiler, new Python, new busybox, etc.

You can checkout and build an image with it, but you have to start over completely. Just pull the branch and run the Makefile as usual. There are a few features still lacking, such as samba.

yeah i can see now "Open PLi 4" , sounds great

busybox 1.20.2
python 2.7.3
gcc 4.7

well done MiLo

but i think it's too soon for us , i'm pretty sure you'll change so many things like always

let's call it OE 4.0 :)

It's all really experimental, it won't hit mainstream until it's equivalent to the current OpenPLi 3 standing.
