Serienfilm Plugin crashes on OpenPli 2.1 with Skin Magic HD on DM8000 when opening Movielist

probably some Attributes missing in Skin Magic HD

[SF-Plugin] SF:SelectionEventInfo init
[Skin] Attribute not implemented: itemHeights value: 75,53,30
[Skin] Attribute not implemented: fontSizesOriginal value: 24,20,18
[Skin] Attribute not implemented: fontSizesCompact value: 24,18
[Skin] Attribute not implemented: fontSizesMinimal value: 24,20

Those items are not responsible for a crash.

SerienFilm is not compatible with OpenPLi's advanced movielist. I'll remove it from the feed.
