Search function on Pli sourcefource-- How?

delagroov's Photo delagroov 9 Sep 2011

Moved to english section, because perhaps this usefull for all users.

I noticed that Littlesat could use search on openPli Git

Could it be this commit: http://openpli.git.s...eterg;st=author what parnerbox does not like?

I already asked here on the forum half year ago, but never got an answer why the search function does not work on Openpli Git sourcefource.

Wenn i fill in a subject en hit enter I only get the home page...and no search results

So is this not set for users to search some stuff ???

I can only suggest to clone the repo and use native git functions, that
will certainly work.

Thank you Erik for your reaction, at least you reacted.

But that would be a very big detour for a simple search option, which supposed to be availbale on Git .

I ask myself if this thread will become also an thread without the right answer or help.....

I think "nobody" uses the function so there is no motivation to fix it. Be
honest: what would you prefer, the devs working on the search function or
on image bugs?

I think I asked sourceforge loooong ago, but got about as much response as you did...

I don't know why it's broken.

Littlesat shows that it is working and I would say when one does not fix something "nobody" can use it.

So I find this really strange....

Try using that other search engine.
