Sundtek DVB-S2 tuner

Hi all
I am thinking of getting a Sundtek usb stick in the hope it will turn my dm800 into a true twin tuner box. I am sure someone in pli land has done this and can give me some feedback. Most of the posts here are about DVB-T so not 100% helpfull. I have read that they work ok but I can't find out how things like the timer and epg react.
Both Tuners will be feed from the same multiswitch so the services will be identical so how I hope it will work is that I can use the USB Tuner for recording and watch the internal tuner all from the same epg etc.
I have used partner box and that worked well except the other box was DM500 so only SD channels.
I hope someone with far more experience that I can shed some light of this. A screen shot of a time setting would be great if possible.
