I cannot download addons or any other stuff from the software management menu after the new PLI website was launched.
Please let me know how can I fix this issue.

Nothing has changed in that area, the download servers were not touched, only the community website was updated.
Check if you have IP connectivity to the internet from the box, and check if you can resolve downloads.pli-images.org.

whic file in the Open PLI DM500s contains the PLI download server address?
