Hi,

I have a new LG TV, 55LW5500. When i turn off my TV (standby) with the remote control, my DM800 shutdowns completely ! When i turn on it, 800 power on too.

I would like to have a standby of the 800 and not a shutdown, Could this come from the vendor id of the TV that 800 doesn't recognized ?

How can i fully disable CEC in the 800 ? I don't find the option in plugin menu.

Thank you.

the dm800 does not support cec (and certainly not when it is completely powered off).
So it looks like your dm800 might be powered from a 220V outlet on the tv?

Or a master-slave extension cord.
