I tray to restart, always the same! I use:
System OE:PLi-OE
Distro: openpli
Firmware version: 4.0
Driver date: 3.13.5+20150317-r0.0
Kernel version:3.13.5
Gui version:2015-03-30
I also try to remove /etc/epgimport/rytec.sources.xml,
uninstal EPGimport,
reboot box,
instal EPGimport from feed, but then no surce list!
After reboot the same!
I dont know what is wrong?

You also have to install enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport-rytec !!!
It is just below the XMLTVimport plugin (which is the program)
This get the sources list.

I got XMLTVimport plugin and new file from 28/03/2015 and the same, 0 events!
Restart your box. Reimport and send me the epgimport.log (see the FAQ's on how to obtain it) via PM pls.

I have in the slovenia channels file:

Should be this:
<channel id="RTSSAT.rs">1:0:1:399:4E84:16E:A00000:0:0:0:</channel> <!-- RTS SAT -->
