Trying to install it on OpenPLi is a waste i think.
The downloads do provide almost all you need.

Explain what you want to do, then we may be able to help you. What plugin are you looking for (and don't say "blu panel" please, or is that a plugin that shows a big blue rectangle on your screen).

I guess installing mgcam would be a good start. Menu, applications, download (green), softcams, mgcam.
