Hi there my open box 500-S has stopped working, I get the green PLI-Images.org screen constantly flashing, does this mean my box is broken or anyway to fix this? Please help ! thanks so much.

Welcome on this forum.
I don't know about the Open box 500-S but I expect it's (more or less) compatible with the Dreambox DM500. Am I right? We never tested our image on that box, of course.
The problem looks like if you've installed a faulty skin. Of course you can always try to flash it again using DreamUp to be sure it's a hardware or software failure.

Hi yes i think it may be that but I bought the box of someone who gave me a five year guarantee on the box, instead of going through the hassle of getting another one, would like to know if there was any way of fixing this by myself, also how do i flash it etc? thanks.
